Refund Policy

Given the widespread community transmission of COVID-19 ZippNSipp remains committed to providing safe practices for our valued customers. Masks can ONLY be returned to be repaired (grommet restored, replaced or earpiece adjustment). The customer will send the masks to the companies address with a PAID self address stamped envelope for the item to be returned (no exceptions). Please allow up to 10 business days for your ZippNSipp to be returned to you.
